Whether as a group, extended family, family with children or with friends –
we are happy to help you find the right apartment for your needs.
Modern and furnished with a lot of wood, you will enjoy your holiday in our house.
Groups from 8 people feel most comfortable in our large apartments "Selbhorn" and "Braggstein" -
8-13 people.
For smaller families there is the apartment "Natrun" and "Rohrmoos" with 2 bedrooms.

Informationen and Services
Arrival:
Check In: from 2 p.m.
Departure:
In order for the next guests to be able to move into a clean apartment in time, we ask you to release them on the day of departure until 09:30 a.m.
Please remember to hand over the key and dispose of the garbage!
Bed linen/towels:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Shoes:
After an extensive day of hiking or skiing, a shoe dryer is available in the ski cellar.
Washing machine & dryer
There is a washing machine and a dryer on the 1st floor that you can use for an extra charge.
Kitchen:
The large kitchens are fully equipped with TV, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc. If you should still miss something, feel free to contact us to fix it.
Nachtruhe:
Man soll die Feste feiern wie sie fallen, nur bitten wir höflich ab 22 Uhr die Lautstärke zu drosseln!
Roll service:
There is the possibility of a large selection of fresh rolls during the high season!
Simply place the order at the reception until 12 o'clock, then you will have the pastries hung on the apartment door the next day at 07:00 o'clock.
Garden:
The garden invites you to play and relax. Your children can play with all the toys.
If you want to take advantage of the nice weather for a barbecue, then we provide our charcoal grill for you.
Dogs:
Unfortunately, pets are no longer allowed.
For hygienic reasons and out of consideration for other tenants as well as our children and animals, we have decided not to take any more dogs in the future or only in exceptional cases.
Skis and bikes:
Your skis and bikes are safely stored in the ski cellar with external access and locked door.
We also installed some bicycle racks in the garden.
Feel free to use the shoe dryer for your ski- and hiking boots.
Cancellation conditions:
after the booking has been confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the tour price must be paid.
* up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
* from 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the price.
* from 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the price.
* If cancelled within the last week before arrival 90% of the travel price
* and in case of early departure 100 % will be charged.
In order to save costs in case of cancellation, we recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance.
Cleaning:
Should a mishap happen, all cleaning utensils and equipment such as vacuum cleaner, sweeper, broom,...
are available in or in front of the apartments.
Parking:
There are enough of free parking spaces directly in front of the house.
